The candidate will also be responsible for gathering user requirements for various projects and for managing the software development life cycle. Architecting and Developing Windows and Web Applications using C# .NET, VB .NET Must be able to develop architecture using UML with Visio, Rational Rose and other tools Must be sufficiently familiar with data modeling for SQL Server and Oracle environments Must have superior knowledge of ADO.Net, Remoting and Web Services. Must be able to Lead and Mentor a small team of developers (3-4). Solid understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design is required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in the Bio Tech or Healthcare would be preferred Experience with .Net Framework 3.0 would be preferred Required Sk ills and Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience developing applications for Windows Family of OS using Client Server or Web based architecture; with a minimum of 1 years of .NET based application development. Recent hands-on experience with C# is a must.
